Booking and Confirmation

• Booking Process: Reservations can be made through our website, call or whatsapp. You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
• Confirmation: Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email or whatsapp message containing your trip details. Please review this information and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
• Changes and Cancellations: You may modify or cancel your booking according to our cancellation policy. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms

• Fare Structure: Fares are calculated based on distance, time, vehicle type, and any additional services requested. All rates are clearly displayed during the booking process.
• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including Cash, UPI & Direct Bank Transfer. Payment must be made at the time of booking.
• Refunds: Refunds for cancellations are processed according to our cancellation policy. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Passenger Responsibilities

• Timely Arrival: Passengers are responsible for being at the designated pickup location on time. Delays may result in additional charges or trip cancellations.
• Conduct: Passengers must behave appropriately and respectfully during the journey. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful may result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.
• Property: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Gaadi24 is not liable for any lost or damaged items.

Driver Responsibilities

• Professionalism: Our drivers are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and professional service. They are expected to drive safely, adhere to traffic laws, and treat passengers with courtesy.
• Punctuality: Drivers will make every effort to arrive at the pickup location on time. However, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions may cause delays.

Liability

• Service Disruptions: Gaadi24 is not liable for any delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, accidents, or road closures.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gaadi24’s liability for any claims arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount paid by the passenger for the specific trip in question.
• Insurance: Gaadi24 maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our vehicles and drivers. However, passengers are advised to have their own travel insurance for additional protection.
